JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring Daily Progress of Site
• Monitoring & Executing construction work within the projects' timelines
• Site Supervision
• Submit different site phases to the main consultant's site engineer
• Assuring the efficiency of all the finishing work procedure phases
• (Isolation, plastering, flooring, painting, light partitions, curtain walls, false ceiling) along with landscape work
• Preparing work extracts of subcontractors
• Managed subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks, maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Co-ordination of construction work with electro-mechanical
• Established strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to create a reliable network of resources for future projects.
• Improved workplace safety by conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing comprehensive safety protocols.
• Facilitated smooth handovers by thoroughly documenting all relevant information related to completed projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring Daily Progress of the Site
• Preparing reports representing the updates
• Quantity Surveying
• Preparing Method of Statements
• Preparing Project Time Schedule
• Manage Administrative Duties
• Experience of Fixation of Steel Glass Facade
• Site Supervision (Checking and assuring that the fixation is as per the required technical specifications)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for drafting architectural working drawings
• Quantity Surveying
• Monitoring & Executing construction work within the projects' timelines
• Site Supervision (Checking and assuring that the construction work is as per the required technical specifications and the approved drawings from the client.)
• Measuring Site Levels using different Level Instruments
• Coordinating architectural shop drawings with tender drawings, structural and other services shop drawings
