Project: SARAI Compound Project.

Description: The total Project area is about 1000 acres

The project consists of several phases each phase about 100 acres, Includes Buildings , studios Building , Family Villas , S Villas , Townhouses ,Townhouses , Green areas , Parking areas, Club Houses , Malls.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the delivery (time, cost, quality) of assigned package.
• Supervise the contractors to ensure the works are constructed as per specification and to established milestone dates.
• Manage and direct the supervision team to undertake day to day inspections of the works.
• Maintain a very high level of Safety awareness and ensure the contractor complies with his obligations.
• Capable of administering the FIDIC based contract or standalone Contracts
• Resolves site issues
• Presents progress and package issues to client team.
• Discuss changes to the scope of work with the Client and key subcontractors.
• Responsible for following up on instructions & commitments associated with the project
• Establishes Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Quality Control Plan and other documents in relation to our scope
• Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project and monitors site staff performance
• Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the project and the site team
• Assigns responsibility to key subordinates in their respective fields of expertise
• Provides input to performance reviews and develop plans for subordinates
• Work with other managers, project engineers and discipline Heads to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of the project
• Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activities within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions, which would affect project cost, schedule, performance or Client relation
• Establishes internal weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items
• Represent the company in Client meetings.
• Monitor Health and Safety of the construction works and lead to address violations

• Responsible for all site works (being the prime interface between the client and the contractor) including assisting in the construction planning effort at early stages of projects (e.g. studying the constructability of the project’s design, availability of construction materials on site, collecting information on job site conditions, labor, sub-contractors, construction materials and all other matters affecting the construction operations);
• Preparing field staffing schedules; analyzing and determining the construction equipment requirements.
• 9/2015–11/2015 : Biala central Hospital renovation, consists of 21,000 m², 6 floors, 119 beds
• 11/2015–12/2015: ATTAQA Power Plant, Egypt, AATTAQA Power Plant has 4 Siemens gas turbines totaling 650 MW, industrial wastewater system, sewage treatment system, tanks, RO / demineralize water system, storm water drainage, and low-current systems.
• 1/2016 – 7/2023 : Biala central Hospital renovation, consists of 21,000 m², 6 floors, 119 beds.
• 8/2023 – 5 /2024 : MANSURAH International Hospital renovation, consists of 50,000 m2, 6 floors, 300 beds.
• 6/2024 – 11 /2024 :Tower Bay compound - Port Said, The total Project area is about 95 acres.
• Successfully managed project schedules by implementing effective time management strategies, mitigating any potential delays or disruptions in the construction process.

• Supervision on construction activities at multiple project sites in Porto El SOKHNA, Egypt.
• Managed projects including Porto El SOKHNA and Hanging Gardens.
