Job Description:
• To undertake contractually & technically stakeholders’ requirements & market demand of logging services for onshore/offshore oil‐gas operation.
• Implement operational business plan in utilizing highly qualified resources & capabilities with the latest state of art based on technological aspects & models of high level accuracy which satisfies clients’ needs.
Key Results & accountabilities:
With the guidance & consultancy of the operation Manager, the following criteria shall be fulfilled:
• Manage & control all logging operations & assets in terms of resources, financial revenues/income, equipment & tools with the objective to carry out fully the assigned
downhole services in a way exceeding clients’ expectations.
• Liaise with end‐users & vendors to insure acceptance & reliability of utilizing suitable & superb technical tools in getting accurate results & high level performance.
• Follow up the progress of logging data analysis & interpretation with end‐users & third party laboratories if any, in order to affirm that the resultant task(s) is observed & accomplished as nominated & relevant to the oil/gas wells performance & history.
• Verify with clients data interpretation scheme & compare results with the complete “Set Up” of each task & implement measurable scales & technical investigation methods for corrective action if any.
• Guide & motivate logging team to run their services & operation with the optimum level of technical standards & expertise.
• Establish regular/routine maintenance schedule & procedures for the logging tools & equipment & sourcing out logistically required materials & parts necessary for equipment & tools revamping.
• Adhere & fully comply with the HSEMS company rules & articles.
• Play an essential role in defining the business potentials & market survey as to increase & expand logging services presence & negotiate with clients further business development parallel to company strategic goals & tactics on acceptable business terms & conditions.
