-Communicate and discuss periodic industry Safety Alerts/ Bulletins for learning.

-Daily Permit-to-Work (PTW) inspection with non-routine tasks with areas Supervisor or designate with immediate intervention (coaching approach) for non-compliance.

-Weekly Hazard Hunt program with offshore-based personnel (in grouping) using Safety Observation & Communication Card tool – coaching personnel on spotting correct hazard, right selection of ‘root cause list’, applying ‘5W 1H’ for complete observation details, and propose workable recommendation

-Weekly Hygiene Inspection with site Medic with immediate intervention for non-compliance and assist in preparing detail report for follow-up including recommendations for improvement.
