Responsibilities

A) Operations: Dhaman Current Operating PHCs

  • Support the users and troubleshooting the reported issues (promptly addressing technical issues and providing ongoing support for clinical applications users)
  • Investigating and resolving the assigned tickets (incidents, service & change requests) on IT Service Desk within the defined SLA
  • Demos and presentations for the management &staff as needed
  • Providing comprehensive periodically clinical application training to healthcare professionals to enhance patient Care
  • Develop application video tutorials and user guides
  • Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to Vendor team for improvement of versions and functionality
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by staying up-to-date on guidelines related to clinical practice and applications usage
