Regularly monitors patient-specific therapies and collaborates with other health care team members. Raise awareness about diabetes, kidney diseases and electrolytes.

Assist with educating nurses by providing lectures and in-services on ICU disease states and their management, intravenous compatibility of drugs, routes of administration of drugs, antimicrobial therapy, and drug information. (40 Hours)

Dispense prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions. Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory
