•Manage End-to-End process of the current customer network projects.
(Installation/Migrations/Replacements/Cessations)specifically in Germany.

• Liaise with the Orange business units for project deliverables.

• Manage third party equipment and suppliers to achieve schedule as directed.
• Control performance to meet the deadlines according to the schedule.
