• Successfully migrated Algeria GTRF operations to HSBC GSC Cairo (including all trade products as LCs, LGs, Payments, Bills, Loan recording, Collections, etc.) after spending four months in Algeria is Short term assignment, Results of this migration were: 1) Customer SLA improved on a country level from 65% in Jan 2020 to read 95% in May 2020.
• 2) Overall monthly quality assurance started to show green results from February 2020 onwards (consistently) after several years of struggle.
• 3) Trained the team in HSBC GSC Cairo to process 100% of the migration processing volumes on a day to day basis.
• Worth mentioning that I had received a lot of recognitions and appreciations for the quality and speed of completing the tasks assigned to me and going the extra mile shown to enhance the processes and achieve bank’s strategy, Recognitions were received from Regional Head of Trade, HSBC Algeria CEO, HSBC GSC Cairo CEO and HSBC GSC Cairo Head of Trade services among many others.
• Successfully migrated France GTRF operations to HSBC GSC Cairo (including trade products as LCs, Payments, Bills recording, Loan recording, Collections, etc.) after spending three months training with France team in Paris, Results of this migration were: 1) Customer SLA improved on a country level from to read 95% in April 2021 after months of struggling below 90% 2) Reception of a lot of recognitions and appreciations for the quality and speed of completing the tasks assigned to me and going the extra mile shown to enhance the processes and achieve bank’s strategy, Recognitions were received from Regional Head of Trade, HSBC France Head of Trade services, and HSBC GSC Cairo Head of Trade services among many others.
• Got an “outstanding and Top Performer” appraisal for four times in HSBC.
• Received Employee of month award for two times in August 2017 and February 2020.
