· Established the company integrated management system (IMS) which is considered as a large-scale management system consisting of construction, trading and operation and maintenance business units as per ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements and got the company ISO certified company after I had conducted gap analysis for all company departments, and recommended improvements and some tailoring for the existing process to be acceptable as per ISO standards requirements.

· Implemented and maintained the system by managing regular internal auditing program including audit scope, criteria, time frame, auditors and auditees, using internal auditees have been selected and trained by myself as I’m a certified lead auditor IRCA ISO-9001.

· Reported all the internal audits result after analysis, effectiveness and alignment of the management system with the strategic direction of the organization, any change in company context” interested parties’ expectations, internal and external issues”, and reviewed and followed up all the management review outputs.

· Conducted (IMS) regular awareness to all company employees especially department managers.

· Managed and trained QC staff for all company construction projects resulting in a 97% approved product had been handed over to the client and consultants, and reduction of external NCRs and customer complaints by 20%.

· implemented preventive measures and corrective actions using a suitable root cause analysis tool for non-conforming products.

· Monitored all company projects KPIs on a monthly basis and reported to the top management by QC monthly report demonstrating the approval percentage for IRs, MIRs, NCRs, conducted tests, MARs, shop drawings and As Built drawings.

· Handed over (TOC) 6 projects to the client as per project closeout procedure by submitting all relevant As Built, O&M, spare parts, training, etc.

· Managed third party audit program; certification, surveillance and recertification. communicated with the certification body, followed up audit conduction, closing the NCRs and CARs status (if any).

· participated setting the required Company objectives, Risk and opportunities annually to relevant functions and levels within the company departments based on company strategic direction.

Followed up all QC activities of (HVAC, Fire Fighting, child water piping welding, plumbing & Steel Structure) in accordance with the project’s specification and SHAKER consultant specification. Supervision of all firefighting system sprinkler, fire hose cabinet, fire hydrant. gas system FM200, CO2, NOVEC, fire trace and Foam system. HVAC system including chiller room, cooling tower, ETS room, AHU units, FC units, duct work. Infrastructure network (drainage, water supply, and firefighting). Water supply system PPR pipes. Drainage system UPVC, PVC, UV, HDPE pipes.

• Conducted research to test and analyze feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components, and systems.

And two heat recovery steam generators Boilers HRSG type (2×750MW) Nubaria power station project with STF Company. Reviewed and followed the WPS, reviewing performance qualifications, checking the activities prior to welding, Checking in and post process activities. Visual inspection, performing the required NDT. Maintenance for all Mechanical equipment at hospital including compressors, boilers, Landry washing machines, kitchen furnaces, pumps, gas room, kitchen refrigerators.
