  • Work with the Operations team to ensure the partner is prepared to respond to an audit and maximize its annual renewals and True-Ups.
  • Maintain all appropriate certifications and authorizations to ensure that the Company's goals are met.
  • Develops concepts and plans to grow related Microsoft business areas that are a strategic focus for the Company.
  • Serves as an escalation point for operational issues that must be resolved to avoid a negative impact on the business or the relationship (Including the usage of the CLT system).
  • For Enterprise Agreement "EA" customers, become fully aware of the activation process of SA Benefits and how to guide the customer to access their Agreements or Licenses through VLSC
