Since 2007, I have led the company in the fields of real estate investment, infrastructure projects, and service ventures, with a total value of 280 million Saudi Riyals. In 2019, a strategic decision was made to expand the company’s operations to include the management and operation of fuel stations and service centers. This expansion led to our accreditation by the Saudi Ministry of Energy, and by 2024, the company’s annual revenues exceeded 400 million Saudi Riyals, with seventy fuel stations in operation. The company is now targeting the operation of 350 fuel stations by the year 2028. Also, I regularly review performance data, driving continuous improvement efforts.

Managed and delivered a range of construction projects to their respective owners within defined timelines, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client expectations. Key projects include

• Construction of accommodation facilities for trainers and trainees at the College of Tourism and Hospitality.
• Construction of the New Camel Market.
• Construction of the Birds and Pets Market.
• Construction of a group of 7 health centers affiliated with the Saudi Ministry of Health.
• Construction of the Central Fish Market affiliated with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
• Implementation of water and sewage connections for infrastructure projects under the Saudi Ministry of Water and Electricity.
