• Projects :

*As a member of the supervision team on a project, my responsibilities include overseeing the replacement and renewal of water lines in several areas. These areas include Al-Zawia Al-Hamra, Al-Maliha, Selim Al-Awwal Street, Jisr Al-Bahr in Al-Sahel, and the branches of Shubra Street. I am also responsible for conducting necessary tests on all parts and pipes involved in the project.

*As a member of the technical specifications team, my responsibilities include assisting in setting technical specifications for various water lines in accordance with the Egyptian Code for Water and Sanitation Networks. Additionally, I participate as a member of the committee for deciding and awarding tenders, prepare the final technical report, and am often a member or head of the team for opening technical and financial offers for many of the tenders offered. Ultimately, my role involves evaluating the tenders and awarding them to the contractor who meets the necessary requirements.

●Project Planning, approval for all electrical equipment and components, Reviewing project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines., establishing project budgets, resource requirements, and risk assessments. Also make comparison sheets for different suppliers, coordinating with them to update the offers according to the RFQ and quality accepted.
●Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop project specifications and drawings that meet regulatory standards, safety requirements, and environmental considerations.
●As a project overseer, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies. This includes obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for the project.
●Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are in place. Identifying and mitigating cost overruns and deviations from the budget. making invoices for contractors.
●Allocating human and material resources effectively to ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule. This may involve coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
● Implementing quality control measures to ensure that the construction and installation work meets the specified standards and project requirements. Conducting inspections and audits as necessary.
● Identifying potential risks and issues that may affect the project's progress or outcome. Developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

• PROJECTS :-
➢International park water booster(2015-2016)

Supervising the implementation of a water booster for the International Garden of Emaar Company to supply their compound.

➢ Al-Amiriya Water Plant.(2016-2021)

- Supervising the renovation and replacement of four pumps, each equipped with MV motors, cables, soft starts, electrical panels, and connecting pipes inside and outside the raw water building.

-Supervising the renovation and replacement of various buildings including the mosque, warehouses, fingerprint room, laboratory, and security room, specifically overseeing electrical works.

-Supervising the renovation and replacement of the main filters building with have completely change where the old filters were completely replaced, including pipes, valves, motors, and blowers, and comprehensive work, changing all filter tables and connecting them to the PLC system.

-Supervising the renovation and replacement of some mechanical campaign work, street lighting, and landscaping works.

-I am overseeing the renovation and replacement of the Chlorine buildings and stores in the old station, the expansion. This includes expanding the facilities and constructing new Chlorine extermination buildings, complete with a modern Chlorine extermination system. We are also converting the doors from manual to automatic and linking them to the new system to execute Chlorine and control any potential leaks. Additionally, we are installing special modern devices inside the Chlorine buildings to measure Chlorine behavior and flow. To meet the requirements of the Civil Defense, we are also creating a network of escape doors.

-As part of the station's rehabilitation work, the implementation of electrical works was supervised multiple times in order to obtain the TSM certificate in stages. It was successfully obtained two times in a row.

-Supervising the implementation of safety and quality procedures for light current works related to planet fence lighting, outlet, and camera system connections.

➢Electromechanical Department, Projects Sector(2021-2022)

• Created CAD models and drawings for designs.
• learn different design options in order to fulfill the project's needs.
• Designed and approved power distribution requirements for facility construction.
