• Manages sample receipts, sample log in process and assigning the samples for testing to appropriate lab technician based on work load.
• Analyze test data and prepare test reports for distribution to Materials teams.
• Communicates/coordinates with External & Internal customers and buyers
• Coordinate the testing of textile, Garments, materials, trims and related materials in accordance with established test methods in order to facilitate acceptance decisions against Standards and Design intent.
• Responsible to verify and finalization test reports along with adding test requirements for pass/fail determination and sent to customers.
• Maintains records, logs, files, and physical inventory of samples, finished products, and raw materials.
• Assures compliance with all safety requirements and operational safety processes within the assigned area.
• Assist Lab Manager in analysis and review of internal and Third Party tests results for performance and take actions in communicating to concerned parties as required.
• Receives tested samples, reviews notes, works with materials team if necessary; compile data, write technical report and share with team.
