Before joining ITI, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at UX Centers, where I gained valuable experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. I graduated from Alexandria University with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems in June 2022, where I developed a strong foundation in data analysis, system design, and project management. I am passionate about learning new skills, enhancing my expertise, and contributing to the success of SAP and its clients.
