With 5 years of experience as an architect and conceptual designer, I transitioned into the Technical & Management Coordination department in 2004 as a coordination engineer. Since 2014, I have been serving as a team leader in this department. Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in interface management and problem-solving. My strong coordination and project management skills have enabled me to overcome complex challenges and achieve successful outcomes.

• Coordination of SCG's work in conjunction with those of other project‐related entities/parties (architectural, structural, landscape, interior design, etc.)
• Technical review and coordination for all project trades (such as architecture, interior design, structural engineering, medical gas, pneumatic, etc.) in comparison to and in compliance with electromechanical trades in order to detect coordination issues and conflicts throughout the design phases.
• From the beginning of construction through its completion, propose appropriate solutions to such challenges.
• Facilitate spatial requirements for electromechanical design disciplines and provide constructability and accessibility.
• Generating composite drawings and sections for all trades, which clarify the routing, levelling, and installation procedures for MEP fixtures while also removing any conflicts that might occur during the process of overlaying several trades.
• Coordinating on‐site activities with other consultants and contractors working on a particular project.
• Maintaining up with technical documentation such as building standards, codes, and structure restrictions.
• Generating conceptual designs for utility buildings that consider maintenance requirements, code compliance, and space requirements for electromechanical equipment into account.
• Supervising the implementation of the company's standards for output and presentation of drawings.
