• The Grove Project Abu Dhabi - From February 2022 till present.

The Grove project consists of 5 residential buildings, mall and a cinema building with 3 levels of common underground parking. The MEP cost of this project is more than AED 400 M.

• Sea World Project Abu Dhabi - From April 2020 till January 2022.

Sea World project consists of 5 oceans for different species of aquatic wildlife creatures. The HVAC systems in this project was various like, CHWR system, hot water system, dynalene system (for water under zero degree temperature) other than the air distribution system. The MEP project Value was AED 310 M.

• Vida Hotel and Residence Dubai Marina - From April 2019 till March 2020.

Vida project consists of 55 levels of which 13 are hotel rooms with a pool deck and a utility building across the street for the chillers and the cooling towers. the MEP project value was AED 154 M.

• A4 IL PRIMO by EMAAR - From April 2018 till March 2019. A4 IL Primo is a residential luxurious tower that consists of 77 levels, 2 crown levels and 6 basements among these levels are 5 mechanical levels. The MEP project value was AED 170 M.

Job Discretion:- Design verification in line with the ASHRAE standard, UAE fire life and safety code, etc.- Develop RFIs to consultant to clarify design issues.- Ensure shop drawings are inline with the design drawings, specs, replied RFIs and the local codes. - Calculate the ESP calculations and the head loss to create equipment selection. - Submit material submittals and get approval for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd fix items. - Coordinate with team mates from electrical, BMS, and fire alarm departments to ensure the sequence of operation is achieved.
