  • Responsible for developing data governance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure accurate customer coding using the Oracle ERP system. Responsible for automating processes to ensure better operational efficiency. Monitoring all new and existing customer creation/updates through the ERP system. Providing daily data trend reports to top management to support decision making.
  • The role includes following up with IT and internal audit departments. Responsible for data reconciliation by applying customer data modification, along with the accounts receivables team, and developing plans to clean the database pool to eliminate all types of duplications and fake customer accounts.
  • The role also required being fully aware of all BU's operations in terms of Sales, After Sales, and Spare parts, as well as the wholesale operations and any GB partner (TVD, ElMikanneky, and Master). Also, GB Capital 'Kredit, GB Lease, Forsa, and Drive'.

During my presence in the MDM, I developed my knowledge to have an understanding of the other MDM domains (supplier, Item & Document control daily operations, and plans).

Additionally, managing customer Master Data Management (MDM) daily operation across GB Auto group and all MDM purchasing requests, followed by monthly tracking for all PR status, actual cost, allocation, and all matters related.

  • Also, participating with the Analytics team for creating dashboards serving the business needs, meeting the management directions, and providing valuable insights for actions taken.
  • For improving the learning curve for GB Employees, I developed a physical sessions for employees about Data-driven culture “data importance, usage, data life cycle, data role, data driven phases and how it applied and succussed”.
  • Regarding my current experience in GB Corp, also proceeded with Synergies approaching for all organizations in GB Corp as follows “how to deal with existing data with different businesses and utilizing the payment methos offered by GB Capital to be used in sales/service cycles & type of synergies serving each business unit”.
