Currently I am the manager of a very successful Excursion company based in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. I manage an online team of 6 people at present. I am responsible for all the daily office/online tasks of a successful travel company

During this time I was full time breeding and showing my late relatives dog. I took ownership of the Kennel Name, Dogs and Linage. I passed this to another family member when I needed to focus on my career and work opportunities.
I was fully responsible for the day to day running of the kennels, This was a private owned kennel based in Leicestershire.

During my time at RME I was undergoing the Business Administration apprenticeship NVQ Level2. They were a training provider offering apprenticeship to people already in work. My tasks ranged from basic office duties, Right up to delivering short courses to adults at IN TRAINING in adult social care level 2. I also went on business trips with the owner to many business in order to secure contract to sign up businesses employee to do certain government funded apprenticeships.
During my time working as guest relations and animator I was based in Sharm el Sheikh.
My daily tasks were to ensure all English tourists were satisfied, any complaints I would deal with. I would greet all guests on arrival to the hotel.
I would also do all the office administration for customer complaints, I would ensure any insurance claims for accidents that customers understood.
I was also spending my time entertaining guests, this would be taking part in day activities like yoga, Swimming, Zumba football or kids club. In the evening I would often take customers out and show them around Sharm el Sheikh.
