I also went on business trips with the owner to many business in order to secure contract to sign up businesses employee to do certain government funded apprenticeships.

During my time working as guest relations and animator I was based in Sharm el Sheikh.


My daily tasks were to ensure all English tourists were satisfied, any complaints I would deal with. I would greet all guests on arrival to the hotel.

I would also do all the office administration for customer complaints, I would ensure any insurance claims for accidents that customers understood.


I was also spending my time entertaining guests, this would be taking part in day activities like yoga, Swimming, Zumba football or kids club. In the evening I would often take customers out and show them around Sharm el Sheikh.
