Involved in 3 SAP implementations, Last implementation of SAP in AMN ME as Project lead: went live on time, zero disruptions & Instrumental in implementation. • Lean MFG / Six Sigma Projects, Awarded Best six sigma project among 110 participants – Q1/Y04 "Recycling of net shell for soft gelatin capsules," the Idea was rolled out as a new overall GSK worldwide process. Results: 40 % Cycle time reduction & 33 % of Gelatin savings resulted in circa £500K annually. Innovative ideas / Projects: Initiated a project to RECYCLE (Gelatin) used in Soft gelatin capsules. The Idea was developed & implemented in-house. Initiated & managed to move filling key product to in house, led a cross-functional team to sell/work on Idea. succeeded in securing 150K $ saving contribution. Initiated the Idea to launch a concentrated softener with an innovative Idea to use “modified” design of existing mold instead of buying – the Idea implemented globally, reduced time to launch from 15 months to 5~6 months only.
