Worked with diversified client portfolio such as Food, Pharma, Fertilizers, Poultry, Wood Mfg, Paper, Packaging, medical device, textile, and Cement. Managed six transformation cases for distressed clients with a total EGP 3 BIO revenues; successfully implemented and delivered all projects dealing with vast stakeholder’s map. Achieved two times in a row – Top achiever country in middle east region in less than 3 years from kick-off year.
  • Supply Chain Transformation: 2 CBUs (Pfizer / Danone), Led Operations of M 550 $ CBU in Pfizer for four years, Earned Maturity Level (3 out of 4) in S&OP in Pfizer internal assessment, the only country in AFME & 3rd over the world. S&OP in Danone Middle East: instrumental execution of S&OP moved from order reconciliation tool to Topline enabler tool, with precise KPI monitoring on performance. S&OP improvements in Danone Turkey: Leveraged Oliver wight score from 70% to 92% in 1 year, applied structured program including leadership training & stakeholders' workshop for 1.5 days to improve the process. Team restructuring projects in 5 clusters: Led a program with Accenture to restructure the teams in the entire region, reduced costs / increased synergies & efficiencies.   • Lean MFG / Six Sigma Projects, Awarded Best six sigma project among 110 participants – Q1/Y04 "Recycling of net shell for soft gelatin capsules," the Idea was rolled out as a new overall GSK worldwide process. Results: 40 % Cycle time reduction & 33 % of Gelatin savings resulted in circa £500K annually. Innovative ideas / Projects: Initiated a project to RECYCLE (Gelatin) used in Soft gelatin capsules. The Idea was developed & implemented in-house. Initiated & managed to move filling key product to in house, led a cross-functional team to sell/work on Idea. succeeded in securing 150K $ saving contribution. Initiated the Idea to launch a concentrated softener with an innovative Idea to use “modified” design of existing mold instead of buying – the Idea implemented globally, reduced time to launch from 15 months to 5~6 months only. Developed mini DRP / MRP & Deployment model through SQL custom-designed model.
