· S&OP in Danone Middle East: instrumental execution of S&OP moved from order reconciliation tool to Topline enabler tool, with precise KPI monitoring on performance.
· S&OP improvements in Danone Turkey: Leveraged Oliver wight® score from 70% to 92% in 1 year, applied structured program including leadership training & stakeholders' workshop for 1.5 days to improve the process.
· Team restructuring projects in 5 clusters: Led a program with Accenture to restructure the teams in the entire region, reduced costs / increased synergies & efficiencies. Applied many Safety Stock models led to a reduction of circa € 4 MIO, and a new DRP methodology (distribution requirement planning) reduced 1 RDC out of 5 in Australia.
Sourcing , Cost Reduction, and RTM projects· Led Dubai logistics hub project cross-functional team including global and local teams; output was feasible case study including all +/- costs, pros & cons – HUB project savings of extra € 13 MIO.
· Led complete sourcing analysis with Friesland Campina as 3rd P to produce small liquids range in KSA, objective to reduce cost - achieved € 2 M per annum.
· Led Project "Future," a new 3P packaging facility … selecting 3P, buying capacity & negotiating on CAPEX spent, pricing and ways of working … launched smoothly.
· Led seven Sourcing projects in Unilever, including a hole-in-the-wall plastics project.
Process Development and Implementation· Before SAP, working with an "external" consultant to develop a creative SQL replenishment tool used to manage demand planning, DRP - improved forecast accuracy by 20%, optimized stocks , level, and smooth supply to counties.
· Consolidated demand / Supply Replenishment plans for 1sttime.
· Involved in 3 SAP implementations, Last implementation of SAP in AMN ME as Project lead: went live on time, zero disruptions & Instrumental in implementation.
· Designed with SAP implementation teams a unique hybrid model, 1 ME DC deploys 22 DC's across countries, a completely different approach than any other CBU.
· Results: Zero Disruptions in Supply, in AMN … 22 DC's, 1100 SKU's & over 40 channels are fully simulated in DP APO / SNP.
Lean MFG / Six Sigma Projects
· Awarded Best six sigma project among 110 participants – Q1/Y04 "Recycling of net shell for soft gelatin capsules," the Idea was rolled out as a new overall GSK worldwide process.
· Results: 40 % Cycle time reduction & 33 % of Gelatin savings resulted in circa £500K annually.
Innovative ideas / Projects:
· Initiated a project to RECYCLE (Gelatin) used in Soft gelatin capsules. The Idea was developed & implemented in-house
· Initiated & managed to move filling key product to in house, led a cross-functional team to sell/work on Idea. succeeded in securing 150K $ saving contribution.
· Initiated the Idea to launch a concentrated softener with an innovative Idea to use “modified” design of existing mold instead of buying – the Idea implemented globally, reduced time to launch from 15 months to 5~6 months only.
· Developed mini DRP / MRP & Deployment model through SQL custom-designed model.
