• Develop site specific preventive and predictive maintenance program in coordination with relevant Company maintenance strategy .

• Advise the I&C maintenance team for proper implementation of the maintenance programs through site Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS).

• Advise and coordinate with I&C maintenance team for planned and unplanned maintenance activities of the plant Instrumentation and control equipment.

• Assist and advise the I&C maintenance team for trouble shooting of faults and problems on Instrumentation and control equipment.

• Assess plant needs for spare parts, tools & supplies, generate material requisitions and ensure timely procurement of the same by close coordination with Sourcing Specialist .

• Advise the I&C maintenance team for control of all maintenance documents as outlined in site Quality Management System

• Advise and guide I&C maintenance team to implement a comprehensive set of maintenance procedures covering all aspects of the Instrumentation and control maintenance

• Ensure compliance with requirements for environmental, health and safety requirements in applicable plant operation advisory activities.

• Ensure implementation of Log-Out/Tag Out (LOTO) System by the I&C maintenance team in accordance with the company COW procedures.

• Support optimization of plant maintenance strategies with the aim of achieving lower cost operation and/or increased efficiency and output.

• Ensure preparation and submission of plant maintenance updates as per requirements of the contract.

• Support timely completion of plant root cause analysis for the technical events.

• Recommend Facility modifications and upgrades to the I&C maintenance team to enhance plant reliability and performance through Management of change “MOC” process.

• Updating and maintaining maintenance strategies/manual and effectively managing E&I systems
• Evaluating and approving the usage of degraded safety critical systems while ensuring the compliance of fitness for service assessments and performance standards

• Conducting audits related to near miss investigations, task/operational risk assessments, peer review, HAZOP’s, and HAZID’s, thereby ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards

• Evaluating design documentation based on the requirements of Production Operations, thereby ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards

• Join as part of the installation, commissioning, startup and operation teams for Major projects.
• Join in the preparation, planning and implementation of Delta-V system upgrade from version 6.3 (NT based) to version 9.3 (windows 2003 based).
• Prepare and plane the tasks, material and labors for major shutdowns.
• Participate in the HAZOP study of plant extension project (P3 subsea wells) and prepare the Risk assessments for Instrument tasks.
• Oversee ,plans and coordinates activities for the maintenance, safe operation and functionality of : DCS [ FISHER ROSEMOUNT (DELTA-V) &YOKOGAWA (CENTUM 3000)] Emergency Shutdown and fire & gas Systems [HIMA System] Regeneration Gas Heater with HIMA BMS.
