- (GAP) project Budget 50M USD multi dosage production project currently MOH certificate had been accomplished and PICs certified
- GPI sterile facility factory (investment amount of 250M EGP)
- Al Shamal pharmaceutical company (Jeddah KSA) OSD pharmaceutical factory (waitingr sFDA approval) part of the project team
- Trinity Global OSD project in Ethiopia currently in construction phase
- My main mission is to establish project budget, construct project team from owner side, pre-qualify and negotiate suitable consultants
- Prepare project conceptual design with timetable and track
- Review and approve the designs received from consultant
- Tender evaluations and select the best bidder
- Manage the project execution phase and project risk management
- Review and approve contractor's payment, claims and legal issues if any

- Recruit employees: assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
