- Promote HSEQ corporate policy among the Team and Company
- Perfect Knowledge and application of the TEME Rules
- Reinforce implementation of return of experience (REX, Safety Alert, HSE Campaign)
- Take all necessary actions to maintain the TRIR below the objective of the affiliate
- Comply with laws and regulation in force in TEME
- Strict respect of Code of conduct and reference Standards
- Report any frauds, attempt or ethic Potential issues
- Achieve sales Targets(Volumen & margins) as signed off the annual Budgets and ensure profitable growth
- Ensure maximum, margins of profitability from the new and existing Dealer and a close control of guarantees, payments and receivables from dealers
- Follow up the Solar Project efficiency and Performance
- Ensure all Accounts are closely monitored with no overdues
- Ensure site rentals are renewed at least 2 years before expiery dates to eliminate risk and capture the highest turnover
- Monitor top Service, Evaluation and results
- Develop site-by-site Business Plan and monitor Performance and corrective actions
- Liaise with SFS Team to ensure SFS Plans and goals are implemented with Payback commitment for each project
- Ensure proper implementation of sales Promotion activities
- Follow the market and competitor activities closely
- Submit all CAPEX requests to the Management and Follow up the work permit
- Increase fuel and lubes sales through Networks stations by following the Service Quality & Standards
- Closely Follow up the maintenance Status of all Stations to Level up the quality of the Equipment
- Ensure the Company ethics and procedures are followed by the Personal in their commercial and other activities
- Implement and Follow up the Marketing Goals, Mystery Shopper Targets & Strategies for the fuel Network & Lubes Activities
- Manage and Develop Retailers and Site Staff Quality and competencies.
- Maximize exploitation fees according to 70/30 rule and pay back on Investments for other modes of management
- Monitors Stations Performance to meet set Targets for W. P, lubes and SFS 24/7
- Assures Dealers compliance with contract terms & articles
- Implementing of contracts exploitation and rents
- Negotiate with Dealers to renew exploitation contracts
- Following TOM-CARDS activity and signing contracts with Dealers
