2- Trying to maintain all accounts without losing any of them, as we can.

3-Ensure that all accounts have been paid on time without missing any policies, and make a reconciliation with the accounting department from time to time to ensure that the department data and the accounting data are the same.

4-Answer all inquiries asked from the accounting department relating to the policy details.

5-Work with the BD department to get new customers and achieve the company target related to the general department.

6-Analyze the production of each year in relation to the department's situation, comparing it with the previous years.

7- Help the accounting department with the yearly budget of the company (in the part related to General).

8- Manage the team and make sure that each one completes his tasks .

9 - Make a decision and solve any problem that could be faced by our clients.

10-Strengthened traceability by developing organizational systems for keeping records, reports, and agendas.

11-Strategized long-term business objectives by assessing customer feedback for direction on process improvements.

• Managing several individual and corporate portfolio accounts.
• Communicating regularly with customers to handle any insurance requests for them.
• Preparing insurance slips for all lines of business.
• Making market exercises and suggesting the best offer to the client.
• Managing the customer's Renewal Process.
• Following up with customers to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

• Preparing statistics and slips of treaties programs
• Preparing S.O.A of Quarters in regards inwards and outward treaties
• Preparing the X.O.L premium and the adjustment premium
• Handling all inquiries and correspondences between the ceding companies and the reinsurers
• Claim handling and preparing the SOA of the claims.

• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, guiding clients through corrective steps
• Accommodates clients' disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
