• Managed cross-functional integration of Instapay, aligning technical and business requirements from Collect Plus and Bank Misr to deliver a seamless payment experience on Basata POS devices.

• Take pre-sales calls with our strategic top merchants to understand their business needs and gather the technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical and business issues between merchants, operators, and the integration team.
• Collaborate with internal (technical account managers, Engineering team, operators account manager) and external key stakeholders (merchants and telecoms) to provide a high-quality product.
• Create a Product RoadMap based on the Product Vision for a new integration model.
• Identify the acceptance criteria for the features of the product.
• Liaised regularly with engineering team during the analysis and design phase of new project solutions.
• Ensure that product technical and business features are documented to assist our Merchants in understanding the business and easily integrate into our system.
• End to End customer experience from Product concept to Product Launch.
• Unifying the integration between our merchants and all operators to make it as simple as possible without requiring merchants to make significant changes to the integration.
• Guide the team to educate merchants on our integration flows and demonstrate how to implement the technical integration
