Job Responsibility:


1. Product Strategy and Development:

  • Market research and analysis: Understanding the dental industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to inform product roadmap and development.
  • Product planning and prioritization: Defining the product vision, setting goals, and prioritizing features based on market demand and business objectives.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Working closely with engineers, designers, marketing, and sales teams to bring the product to life.

2. Product Marketing and Launch:

  • Developing marketing materials and messaging: Creating compelling content, such as brochures, website copy, and social media posts, to promote the DPMS to dental practices.
  • Organizing product demonstrations and webinars: Educating potential customers about the features and benefits of the DPMS and addressing their concerns.
  • Setting pricing and sales strategies: Determining the pricing model for the DPMS and developing effective sales strategies to reach target customers.

3. Product Management and Support:

  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback: Collecting feedback from dental practices using surveys, interviews, and support channels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing the product roadmap and backlog: Prioritizing bug fixes, new features, and enhancements based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Providing ongoing product support: Ensuring dental practices have access to training, resources, and technical support to successfully use the DPMS.

4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs): Monitoring metrics such as user adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue to measure the success of the DPMS.
  • Identifying areas for improvement: Analyzing data and user feedback to identify areas where the DPMS can be improved to better meet the needs of dental practices.
  • Optimizing the product and user experience: Making data-driven decisions to improve the usability, functionality, and overall user experience of the DPMS.
