- Working at The Arab Contractors company , Investment and Real Estate Development Department (Greater Cairo Zone & Southern Side) since December 2007 until now in the following projects :

• 1-project of Constructing the Faculty of Computing and Information ( Monofiya University).
• 2-project of Renovation work at the College of Physical Education(Sadat City).
• 3-project of Replacement and renovation of the Sewage regression line, diameter: 900 Mm in Sadat city in length 14 Km and at different depths from 2 meters to 9 meters,
• 4- Currently working in the project of ( HURGHADA AVENUE) project manager of Construction of a residential compound consisting of four buildings, each consisting of a basement, ground floor, and four upper floors with total of 969 residential units and 69 commercial units.

I have worked at the previous projects according to the following tasks:-

• Identify project resources, and set project budgets, monitor & adjust project plans and timelines to guarantee timely completion, as well as proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays & cost overruns.
• Arrange for the procurement of materials & necessary equipment for the project, negotiate about contracts with suppliers and subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements, its regulations and sustainable goals.
• Directed day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope and monitored progress of construction activities.
• Manage workers and technicians, ensure the implementation of quality systems, and seek ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance Total Quality, lead and motivate work teams to ensure high performance, collaboration.
• Manage project resources, coordinate and supervise subcontractors work and facilitate communication among engineers, technicians and workers to ensure suitable project execution and alignment with timelines, provide leadership and direction to all project teams to maintain focus on project goals and client satisfaction.
