- Promoted at 2011 to Polyolefin’s operation engineer responsible of utilities, polyethylene, polypropylene plants monitoring, supervise and coordinates with the shift supervisors for safe and efficient operation of the plant. Prepare plant instructions, Follow up the quality control, upsets analysis and the corrective actions.

- I had participated in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up for the plant & Normal Operation (Neutralizing Gas Phase Technology two Trains & 1-Butene Plant).

- Responsible of DCS activities (Honeywell 3000 system) & outside door operation of Chromium, Ziegler Gas Phase Reactor, 1-Butene plant & Common Facilities Units.

- Responsible of shift supervising since 2004. Coordinate and supervise the operation of the polyethylene unit, responsible of all inside & outside door activities, monitoring performance of the plant and common facilities, prepare studies for development, extension and modification.
