• Responsible for leading medical affairs for GCC and Algeria cluster through developing medical strategy with clear KPIs and effectiveness measurements and driving its execution and implementation for all therapy areas
• Managing team of 3 MSLs supporting KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Algeria and providing them with needed support and mentoring to achieve objectives
• Taskforce in 2030 vision and strategy for Saudi Arabia to Boost medical affairs leadership to achieve next-level patient impact
• Leading integrated evidence generation planning using data and insights to identify the evidence needs of patients, healthcare providers, payers, regulators, and other stakeholders and select the best evidence tool to deliver them.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in respective therapeutic areas to establish a strong scientific presence in the practicing and academic communities
• Identify opportunities for medical education for HCPs through engagement with the key societies and KOLs in congresses symposia, and developing Continuous Medical Education (CME) and other training programs
• Compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, Company policies and guidelines
• Other responsibilities: Advisory board meetings conduction, Medical trainings for internal stakeholders, Promotional materials medical review, Handling and responding to medical queries

• Drive the execution of Medical strategic plans in assigned therapy areas/brands
• Responsible for managing the whole diabetes domain medical affairs and mentoring 2 junior MSLs in the diabetes domain as well as MSL assignees to enhance their development and capabilities for the MSL job.
• Establishment, Launch and management of Eli Lilly Diabetes portfolio "Insulin and GLP1" as strategic alliance and launch excellence of strategic new GIP/GLP Agonist "Tirzepatide"
• Establishment and Preparation of onboarding content and trainings for EVA Pharma Talent pool and newly hired MSLs
• Managed many new strategic launch for Cardio-metabolic domain (10 products) by pre-launch strategic planning, situational analysis, insights gathering plan, scientific communication plan, trainings preparation and drive successful launch and post launch management
• Top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) management through F2F Interactions, scientific activities, and follow up on annual engagement plans
• Compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, Company policies and guidelines
• Review\approve promotional materials and ensures the materials fully align with Company Professional Practices Policy guidelines
• Conduct Internal stakeholders Medical Training and provide ongoing Knowledge updates and timely Knowledge Validation as well as preparation of Continuous medical education programs for HCPs
• Responsible for speakers’ preparations [Local and international] and preparing presentations for symposia and congresses to promote our key messages through balanced scientific evidence
• Planning and conducting advisory board meetings and expert panel meetings, designed to gather scientific insights from eminent key opinion leaders

• Increase disease state awareness among KOLs in discussing the latest therapies and provide assistance in building knowledge specific to targeted disease pathways.
• Identify new and innovative medical findings in different regions which may result in the development of publications and providing unique data and insight to these respective regions.
• Construct training and refreshment sessions for the field force to ensure well oriented medical and product data.
• Through regular accessibility to diverse medical journals, encourages KOLs being updated to the recent publications and international guidelines and Update KOLs on press releases (New studies and partnerships).
  • Support EVA Pharma speakers at scientific meetings through speaker briefings and preparing slides and presentations.

Accountable for bridging the education, information and awareness gap between the industry and the medical community by functioning as the intermediary between EVA Pharma and the physician, serving roles in both the transmission of beneficial compound information and the gathering of in-field medical intelligence.
