As a part of the Higher management team for the largest company presenting the 3PL services with the highest quality and GxP regulations for the multinational pharmaceutical companies in Egypt + Famous FMCG companies and E-Commerce companies

Holding ISO certificates in OHSAS 18001- Quality Management 9001 – EHS 14001 and reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of Four site leaders, Operational excellence manager, Automation & System development manager, Customer service team leader, Custom clearance Supervisor, Indirectly leading a Warehouse Operations team of 170 operators, forklift drivers, System Administrators with priority of quality and safety culture with the coming detailed Job description:

· Responsible for annual budget adherence and cascading for the reporting departments and reporting site leaders with quarter review for the results

· Organizing the Management meeting for all the branches to discuss the challenges and reorganizing the head count between branches and the essential requirements

· Leading the designing of new warehouses and new projects with the higher management for deciding the proper Layout and work flow

· Manage all the procurement activities for the operations needs through the internal cycle and the external supplier’s assessment

· Leading the site leaders to achieve the agreed KPI's for the department

· Leading with the custom clearance team for stream operations

· Managing the regional sites for updated business opportunities

· Alignment with the internal different departments for acheiving the company objectives

· Contributing in the design of the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and continuous updating for the operations SOP’s

· Apply GSP and EHS standards as well as SOP’s during work and follow up risk assessment regulations

· Managing the automation projects and WMS implementations

· Leading the business review meeting with the Key customers for new opportunities and sustaining the business

· Leading the operation side in projects of integrating Oracle WMS with SAP WMS as customer requests for fully integrated modules

· Monitoring the capacity of all sites to facilitate any decision to add new customers

· Coordinate between the sites for the resources availability like man power, equipment, consumable materials and other resources needed

· Alignment with other concerned departments like Quality, EHS, maintenance, Transportation and Regulatory in order to facilitate smooth operations and achieving the corporate objectives

· Fully up to date to the health and safety warehouse compliance and in line with the regulatory warehousing requirements of the Egyptian Drug Authority

Managing the distribution process from main warehouse to all the Egyptian Tender hospitals

• Promoted pharmacy services to patients and medical providers.
• Mentored junior pharmacists and technicians, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Optimized workflow processes, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity within the pharmacy team.
