Key Responsibilities:
Expansion NMC Nahdi Medical Company in central region
Budget:
• Review and monitor budget allocation for the assigned stores (down to a Retail Store level) to ensure appropriate competitive levels of budget in order to constantly meet and exceed targets.
Store Visits:
· Double and group visits with area supervisors to Monitor the implementation of activities related to the company Health & Safety policy & procedures (including safety guidelines)
Operations:
• Support new business development by forecasting sales for proposed new locations within the assigned area in order to seize the opportunity and support the expansion decision making process.
Reporting:
• Provide direct reports with continuous development opportunities through regular development conversations and other formal (e.g., training) and informal development options (e.g., coaching, mentoring) in order to ensure and maximize performance
Manpower Plan:
• Ensure implementation of manpower plan at an area level through optimization actions (forecasts, workload analysis etc.) To achieve highest levels of productivity.
Cross Functional Alignment:
• Ensure successful implementation of cross-functional commercial/ corporate projects and initiatives by coordinating with the relevant chief pharmacists & store manager in order to ensure timely and efficient execution
Department Management:
• Manage and lead the assigned Area Supervisors Pharmacists – Store Manager & Care Express Pharmacists through performance management, tracking and monitoring productivity and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), motivating and applying reward and recognition HR policy along with corrective actions as per the case in order to achieve sales targets and other specific objectives (e.g. customer satisfaction levels, operational targets etc.) as per each store
