It is a group-level function directly reporting to the Group Chief of Retail & Private Banking that includes six sectors, with a total of more than 4,000 employees: Sales Distributions, Products, Collections, Retail Operation, VIP, and Business Effectiveness & Real Estate.
To provide centralized MIS and business/financial analytics support across Group Retail and Private Banking, and unify Group performance and KPI figures into dashboards, event reports, and ad-hoc reports.
Generate data, integration, and daily dashboard for all levels under Retail and Private business to monitor the sales performance.
Manage monthly incentive schemes for all front-liners based on smart KPIs and scorecards.
Generate the yearly targets based on the top management direction (top-down/bottom-up) to ensure alignment with the direction, while remaining reachable.
Supporting the retail business requirements and ad hoc requests on performance management and reporting.
Monitor, administer, and continuously update/revise budgets if required, with impact analysis, in coordination with stakeholders.
Monitor and control budget allocations, expenditures, fund balances, and related financial activities.
