Projects Highlights:

• Qatar Courts Modernization Program - (Qatar): A $13 million project aiming at improving and automating the business processes in the Courts of Qatar. My role involved everyday project management activities and translation of business process re-engineering reports.
• Project Management Capacity Building - (Qatar): A $3 million project aiming to build and enhance project management skills in public organizations. The project objective was to spread project management awareness and culture among government staff working in projects by way of bespoke PM workshops and materials. My role involved preparation of Arabic training materials, delivery and facilitation of the training sessions.
• Corporate Tax Project (USAID) – Egypt: A USAID-funded project that targeted improvement of the Egyptian Tax System. The project included improvement and automation of the business processes. My role involved preparation of Arabic training materials, delivery and facilitation of the training sessions, and stakeholder communications.
