• Performed measurements for structural and architectural works to prepare cost estimates for projects.
• Study and revise Project documents, Tender drawings, BOQ, Specs and Approved_Breakdown for all items to apply possible inflation.
• Prepare Qs for items to make Client and Subcontractors Invoices.
• Prepare and study Variation Orders to be approved early by Consultant
• Ensured accurate invoicing by reviewing contractor claims for compliance with contract terms and conditions before submission to clients.
• Problems during Execution phase and resolve all Conflicts.
