  Ensure proper documentation and approvals for vehicle purchases and sales.
  Maintain detailed records of vehicle acquisitions, costs, and selling prices.
  -Contact with Installment Companies and Banks:
  Communicate with financial institutions to manage customer financing.
  Follow up on due payments and ensure timely collection of amounts.
  -Organizing Bank Transfers:
  Coordinate with banks to manage payment transfers for purchasing vehicles.
  Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  
  -Record Deposits and Refunds:
  Keep track of customer deposits for vehicle reservations.
  Manage refund processes with proper approvals.
  -Issuing Invoices:
  Generate invoices for vehicle sales with accurate pricing and tax details.
  Control Vehicles Margin:
  Monitor profit margins on vehicle sales, factoring in costs, discounts, and overheads.
  
• Month-End Closing:
  Finalize all transactions for the month, ensuring accuracy in records.
  Prepare reconciliations and adjustments where necessary.
  -Bank Reconciliation:
  Match bank statements with internal financial records to identify discrepancies.
  Inventory Equation:
  Verify the balance of vehicles in stock, accounting for purchases, sales, and adjustments.
  -Reports:
  Generate financial and operational reports, including sales performance, inventory levels, and profit margins.
