- Introducing new business scope to El Rehab mixed branch, changing branch clientele base & culture from mainly retail & SMEs clients to large corporate clients. Enhancing the use of QNB AlAhli different products & services such as trade finance, letters of guarantees, etc leading to boosting the branch profitability (exceeding 90% during the 2 years).
- One of the greatest challenges was smoothly and safely managing the branch & team, as this move in March 2020 coincided with the outbreak of the Corona epidemic in Egypt. Handling a high traffic branch operating with only 50% of staff, smoothing process bottlenecks and managing customers complains were challenging, and still achieving the branch’s assigned targets.

(2) Industrial zone – 10th of Ramadan Mixed Branch Manager (January 2017- March 2020)
- New exposure to operation, tellers & retail banking and achieving remarkable success in them together with the success of the corporate.

*In 2018, the branch was the second runner in winning the SME challenge contributing in QNB remarkable success to be 1st bank in Egypt to reach the 20% SME portfolio from total bank loans outstanding.
