Crew Trainer – McDonald’s

Responsible for delivering structured on-the-job training for new and existing crew members in alignment with McDonald’s operational standards and brand values. Managed Drive-Thru operations and ensured high standards of order accuracy, speed of service, and customer presentation. Oversaw food presentation to maintain McDonald’s quality and visual standards. Acted as shift-in-charge in the absence of the manager, effectively assigning roles, coordinating workflow, and supporting team members hands-on to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:

Train and coach crew members using McDonald’s approved training modules

Supervise Drive-Thru operations to achieve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction targets

Ensure proper food presentation and adherence to quality standards

Lead shifts in the absence of management, including task allocation and workflow coordination

Support team members on the floor to maintain operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies
