• Balancing poultry sector supply and demand internally or externally, supporting the CPG management team by presenting the outcomes of planning scenarios
• Establish an agreed-upon technical CPC STD for all sectors based on historical data of the best-performing breeder
• Enhance planning and supply chain concepts in the poultry industry and establish planning techniques for the 'S&OP' Meeting
• Identify possible bottlenecks within the agreed time fence and escalate accordingly
• Develop generic costing and scenario analysis models that help maximize profit by optimizing decision-making
• Evaluating forecasting process and, initiating improvements, and increasing visibility to predict outcomes more accurately

• Identify and set department Strategies, a Master Plan, an Action Plan, and an individual Work Plan to establish effective management measurement tools
• Manage monthly S&OP planning meetings to identify business plans and budget progress
• Coordinates planning activities across the different regional functions and countries across Africa, Asia, and South America
• Manage supply capacity constraints, analyze plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes
