• Responsible for quality of workshop services and efficiency.
• Supervising the repair activities to ensure that work is accomplished up to the standards.
• Provide training in repair techniques and workshop practice.
• Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard.
• Support technicians by providing them with guidance.
• Assist Service Advisors with technical diagnosis Inform Service Advisor of any delay in work completion, any additional work and lost time.
• Ensure high productivity and efficiency of service force.
• Analyze reasons for repeat (come-back) jobs.
• Liaising with the Service Manager ideas about improving the performance of the workshop.

• Leads regular reviews and updates of the quality management
system (Quality Management in the Automotive Industry) for the
Company.
• Auditing, coaching, mystery shopping for all branches process
(operation, workshop, reception, warranty, etc...).
• Establish with top management the corrective action plan to meet
our standard.
• In cooperation with the Branch Managers ensures that corrective
action plans are communicated and implemented relating to
Retailer Standards.
• Review effectiveness and efficiency of Retailer Management and
staff and make necessary recommendations to the subsequent
director level.
• Following up the customer’s feedback reports, to analyze them and
gather a remedies for weakness to avoid come backs as possible,
and enhance the staff performances.
• Assists in the development, implementation and administration of
programs and standards designed to enhance the image of the
retail network.
• In cooperation with top management and other department to
renovate our branches to meet our standards.
