Cement manufacturing ASEC Engineering and management

- Develop a new approach in resource estimation reports that caring with factors affecting crushing and milling processes that may be caused by raw materials or mining operations to ease managing ROM (Run of mine) with different grades for avoiding misdirection or misclassification of raw materials from mine to plant or waste dump area.

-Sharing in re-implementation of SAP system ASCOM scope an adding new KPIs, develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

-Set up more than 10 feasibility studies about economical using of raw material from extraction to final products including assumptions of production and Costs (fixed / operating respecting G & A costs), and financial analysis (financial statements, indicators of profitability), such as set up Gypsum boards plant from gypsum, simple to N-P-K fertilizers from phosphate, Magnesium extraction from Serpentine, Titanium extraction from black sands, Lime production with specific grades for cosmetic and medical uses from high grade limestone…. etc”

-Set up study to be Reduced overhead by as much as 60% and enabled a more flexible and responsive business model by Initiation and follow up new reports to be integrated with new features had been developed in re-implementation of SAP system ASCOM scope an adding new KPIs, develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
