• Managing projects delivery that includes +10K business services along the lifecycle (3 years) and classifies those business services based on their taxonomies i.e.: Billing applications, MSSQL, Active Directory, etc.
• Managing all technical and cross-functional teams (DueDiligence, business analysis technical analysis, Infrastructure architecture, design, implementation and migration, and Testing) to ensure delivering the identified scope in the agreed timeline.
• Presenting projects progress and status updates to senior managers.
• Lead PMO Evolution in system engineering and automation service line, by designing and implementing the transformation initiatives through customizing and manipulating traditional project delivery models and enabling Agility and effectiveness across programmes and portfolios.
• Establish and maintain programme and protfolios strategies, processes, procedures, workflows, and templates.
• Lead the governance committees across multiple transformation programmes (Cloud migration, Service monitoring, System Automation, Robotics, and Machine learning) to assure programme sustainability, and ensure having governance structure meets global standards.
• Assembling project Scope, Plans, Risks, Financials and Identifying, Acquiring, and managing Project resources.
• Managing all delivery phases starting from intimation, execution, closure, and signoffs of the project to ensure on-time completion.
