  • A member of the committee overseeing the implementation of the academy's strategic plan, under the chairmanship of Dr. Ali Sweilem (Vice President of the Academy for Strategic Planning)
  • Writing reports for monitoring the implementation of the strategic plan, specifically for reviews of the Sheraton Branch colleges.
  • "Establishment, Implementation, and Dissemination of a Quality System within the deanship, in accordance with the unified system of the academy and with reference to local and international standards such as the quality assurance and accreditation standards (Naqa’a) as well as the international standard ISO 9001:2015.Working on developing the unified system's operations within the Deanship of Student Affairs in accordance with business developments and in coordination with the relevant departments of the academy.
  • Participating in the preparation of a proposal to develop job descriptions for all positions within the deanship's organizational structure.
  • Create a business process flow chart proposal for each of the following: student complaints, student problems, student inquiries/complaints, issuing new documents, preparing forms and record keeping, student disciplinary grievances, student participation in artistic activities, medical services follow-up unit, and student disciplinary (behavioral) matters.

  • Representing the quality unit in meetings to which it is invited, such as regular meetings of unit heads at the quality assurance center and donor agencies for accreditations, as well as participating in seminars and conferences related to quality assurance activities.
  • Monitoring the implementation of strategic plan initiatives through conducting regular internal audits of the deanship and preparing periodic reports for these audits.
  • Formulating a report on some of the unimplemented items in the strategic plan for the Deanship of Student Affairs for the years 2021-2026.
  • Coordinating cooperation protocol between the Cultural Attaché of the Libya and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport.
  • Preparing a proposal for the eligibility criteria for membership in student councils at the academy's colleges.
