As a raw material site leader, my primary responsibilities involves strategic decision making, supply chain optimization, and ensuring the efficient and effective management of raw materials throughout the organization. Some of the key tasks and responsibilities include:

· Supervising the handling of raw materials in the WH.

· Planning and organizing the logistics and transportation of raw materials from suppliers.

· Developing and implementing strategic plans for raw material sourcing and management.

· Collaborating with new suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms of raw material procurement.

· Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential raw material suppliers and optimize the supply chain.

· Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable and consistent supply of raw materials.

· Monitoring and analyzing market trends, price fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics to make informed decisions.

· Assessing and managing risks associated with raw material availability and quality.

· Leading a team of raw material planners providing guidance and support

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as production, quality assurance, and logistics to optimize raw material utilization and minimize waste.

· Analyzing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to raw material management such as inventory level, cost savings, and supplier performance.

· Analyzing demand patterns and forecasting future demand.

· Monitoring inventory levels and identifying opportunities to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

· Collaborating with suppliers to ensure smooth flow of goods.

· Analyzing transportation routes and modes to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.

· Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve supply chain performance.

· Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations.

· Conducting data analysis and creating tools and reports to support decision making and visualize results.

· Analyzing production schedules and forecasts to determine the enquired quantity and type of raw materials.

· Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

· Conducting demand forecasting and analyzing market trends to anticipate future raw material needs.

· Developing and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and terms.

· Managing and updating the raw material database or inventory management system.

· Coordinating with different departments, such as production tp align raw material availability with production schedule.

· Identifying potential risks or shortages of raw materials to minimize waste and reduce costs.

· Generating reports to provide insights on raw material availability, usage and cost support decision-making.

 promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
 provide full explanation about all company’s devices.
 Provide regular reports about customers and their level of satisfaction & why some
customers stopped from dealing with the company's products.
 Attend operations with doctors to support them with tools & devices .
 Preparing, Printing and presenting quotations to clients.

• Following procedures for test analysis and reporting
• Understanding and operating test systems
• Performing full manual steps
• Managing work load in the department with minimal supervision
• Assisting with working on results of flow cytometry software.

• Working at hematology department, and performing the following tests: CBC, Blood coagulation tests, Prothrombin Time (PT), Blood typing, ELISA Tests: ANA, AMA, Anti HBS, Anti LKM, LATICS

• Clinical Chemistry Testing: Kidney Function Tests, Creatinine, Urea, Liver Function Tests, Albumin, Bilirubin (direct – indirect – total), Aspartate transaminase (AST), Alanine transaminase (ALT), Alkaline phosphate (ALP), Miscellaneous: Glucose, Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), Uric acid
