  • Entry of The Middle Management & Young Professionals Program (Wave 1) which was launched by the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and started in 2017 as part of the modernization strategy targeting selection of the resources of high skills and capabilities that understand the importance of the change to be under comprehensive development and succession plan. The result was being one of 450 people out from a total of ~ 3,000 candidates in various fields who finally succeeded to pass the evaluation process. Then, Received a special letter of thanks from the Egyptian Minister of Petroleum Eng. Tarek El Mulla (2018). Finally, Attend and Passed the Advanced Leadership Program (Customized to Ministry of Petroleum – Sponsored by Shell Egypt) which was provided by the American University in Cairo (2017 – 2019).
  • Writing the operating manual of Common Facility Unit & Butene-1 Unit and Polyethylene Polymerization Unit in Polyethylene Plant, SIDPEC Company which contains step by step, valve to valve operation sequence, operation tricks & Common Troubleshooting Scenarios with its solutions and design notes for the equipment available in the unit to understand more about it. All these manuals help in learning the operation engineers these units efficiently in a short period of time. As the file was written by a sequence that makes the reliance on the Unit Senior Engineer is less and focused mainly on the guidance. The Main Goal from all of that was to share my Academic and Experience Knowledge to the present & Upcoming junior and also, Senior operation Engineers who are going to learn these units (2016 – 2023).
  • Play an integral role with the Instrumentation engineers to adjust the Butene-1 unit Temperature Control Valve Tuning in a very short time (During only one Shift) by giving my operation opinion about the Try and Error values they are adding to the Temperature Control valve until reached a suitable parameter which led to the following: 1. Improvement and regularity of Butene-1 reactor production. 2. Safe money and increase profit from the unit by decreasing number of downtime and save maintenance funds which were paid on equipment's maintenance at short intervals due to the instability of reactor temperature control conditions.
  • Teach and supervise directly several engineers “Mainly 0 – 5 years’ experience” the operations principle and how to operate the units that are in my area of expertise. Later with more work practice and guiding them; they become key persons in their units with high level of efficiency and professionality which helps in improving the production process (2016 – Present).
  • Honored by Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals Co. (SIDPEC) Chairmanfor my constructive and effective contribution to the company's idea bank platform,which had a positive impact on the company (May/2022).
