- Monitor subcontractors’ progress and procurements against project program.
- Collaborate in shop drawings review, study, filter and check for compliance with project specifications and applied codes before submitting to Project Management.
- Material submittals review, study, filter and check for compliance with project specifications before submitting to Project Consultant.
- Investigate and close NCR’s (Non Compliance Reports) rose by the Consultant.
- Evaluate and prepare MEP monthly payments to Engineer/Employer. Assess subcontractors’ payments.
- Prepare MEP cash flow.
