  • Solution Enhance the reconciliation productivity up to 90% of process, starting from exporting daily transactions from switches, ATM E-journal, core banking and Network Scheme
  • Then defining the unsuccessful transactions and digging down till finding the root cause with business and solve it.
  • Build BI Solution statistics to monitor and measure the performance and productivity of Bank Products Services of Cards and KPIs.
  • The reconciliation solution results in a 70% increase in processing speed, and a 50% reduction in errors.
