Responsible for the 3rd party Flash Sale business: Voyage Prive – Very Chic - Thalasso – Perfect Stay.
- Mapping and documentation of purchasing requirements for all Partners.(Wishlist's, allotment requirements, EBD and other prepayment availability, restrictions etc)
- Monitor accommodation contracting development and changes in partners' requirements to submit or retract purchasing requests for accommodation contracting.
- Monitor high level performance of contracted portfolio to make necessary adjustments and provide regular feedback to all partners on performance.
- Monitor demand of partners and submit relevant requests for action to benefit from or improve demand.
- Submit accommodation offers and other contribution requests (flash sales, additional inventory, newsletters, other promotional campaigns etc) for execution.
- Submit specialized accommodation contracting requests for tailor made products for execution (Groups, Roundtrip, Strategic Agreements, Clubs etc).
- Provide data loading guidelines, restrictions and requirements (systems, pool allocation, mark-ups per client, mark-ups per pool or mark-ups per source market, source market allocations etc).
- Provide non-bookable data loading guidelines, restrictions and requirements to the Accommodation Function (systems, facts forms etc) defining the amount of facts, the quality level and the frequency of maintenance for third party accommodation clients.
- Analyze and communicate information sourced from partners about external events (such as holidays, unexpected events / force majeure), competition developments, seasonal patterns etc to support the strategic allocation of allotment between brands.
- Manage accommodation arrangements for client visits in the destination (including fam trips, agent visits, commercial manager visits etc).
- Manage planning and carrying out client visits in the destination for sales plans (marketing activities) or hotel inspections etc
