My main Responsibilities are: Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conducting market research to identify target patient demographics, popular treatment areas, and competitor landscape.
Developing comprehensive marketing and business strategies to position the hospital as a preferred medical tourism destination.
Analyzing industry trends, regulations, and best practices to optimize the hospital's medical tourism offerings.
Patient Acquisition and Management:
Establishing partnerships with international patient facilitators, travel agencies, and insurance providers.
Implementing effective patient outreach and lead generation campaigns, both online and offline in (Gulf Area, Libya, Nigeria, South Sudan, Bangladesh).
Providing end-to-end support to international patients, including appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and post-treatment follow-up.
Service Coordination and Quality Assurance:
Liaising with hospital departments (e.g., medical, nursing, hospitality) to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Financial Management and Revenue Generation:
