Efficient Systems Implementation: Designed and implemented systems that efficiently performed the work and fulfilled the mission and goals of the BI & DSS (Business Intelligence & Decision Support Systems) function. § Electronic Bill (e-Bill): a project for Saudi Telecom Company (STC). The project is to extract the Customers landline and GSM billing data and load it to a target database to provide an online access and downloadable invoices to the STC customers.
§ Revenue Data Mart Project (RDM): The project handles mobile (GSM) and landline billing systems for STC. GSM system uses the “Integrated Customer Management System” ICMS on AS400 and landline users application” an in-house developed system on IBM mainframe”.
§ Decision Support Facility (DSF): To support the reporting requirements for the logistics & Stock Management staff and managers of the Ordnance Corps of the Saudi Army, the Ordnance Corps Computer Center (SAAOC-CC) sponsored a “Decision Support Facility DSF” project to simplify and facilitate the generation of information reporting relevant to the logistics and stock management within the Ordnance Corps / Supply division.
§ Installed a big GIS lab contains SUN ALTRA II workstation with UNIX Solaris, 3 NT workstations, 2 A0 plotters, 1 A0 color printer, 1 A0 scanner, 2 A0 digitizers and configured all drivers, TCP/IP networking
