• Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, focusing on cost reduction, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
• Manage supplier performance through KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (production, planning, logistics, finance) to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and support business continuity.
• Prepare and monitor procurement budgets, track savings, and report regularly to senior management.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government authorities to facilitate clearance and transportation.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo status, and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws, trade agreements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and warehouse teams to align import processes with demand planning and inventory requirements.
• Manage logistics costs, negotiate freight rates, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of import activities and generate regular reports for management.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation retention for customs and regulatory purposes.

(Raw & Packaging Materials – International Procurement & Logistics)

• Execute purchase orders for imported raw and packaging materials in line with production requirements and company procurement policies.
• Coordinate with international suppliers to confirm orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare, review, and process import documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, HS codes) to ensure customs compliance.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to facilitate clearance and reduce lead times.
• Monitor supplier performance on delivery, quality, and responsiveness; escalate issues and support resolution.
• Assist in price benchmarking, supplier quotations, and cost analysis for imported materials.
• Collaborate with planning, production, finance, and warehouse teams to align deliveries with operational needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement and import records, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and trade regulations.
• Support procurement team in reporting, KPI tracking, and vendor evaluations.
