• Strategic Project Leadership: Led a team of engineers in the successful execution of 83 high-luxury villas within Cairo Gate compound, overseeing a total contract value of EGP 525,555,918. Provided leadership and mentorship to ensure project objectives were met within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Performance & Risk Management: Monitored and controlled project performance and site progress through regular meetings and walkthroughs. Proactively forecasted potential risks and implemented corrective actions to mitigate delays and maintain the baseline schedule.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinated and managed key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, clients, and the design team. Fostered collaboration with internal departments such as Development, Handing Over, Facility Management, and Community to ensure seamless project flow.
• Quality Assurance & Close-out: Ensured successful project close-out by managing the complete checklist process to eliminate deficiencies. Oversaw client acceptance, defect rectification, and the formal transfer of properties to operations and facility management departments.
• System Commissioning: Coordinated the testing and commissioning of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to guarantee operational readiness prior to final project approval.

• Senior Project Engineer in the Construction Management department, I oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale real estate development and construction projects. That include 12 residential buildings compromised of 185 fully finished luxury apartments as well as 21 commercial buildings in the business district with a cumulative contract value of 875,754,918 EGP.
• 1- Planning and Coordination create schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Manage the coordination of duties amongst multiple contractors, architects, clients, and subcontractors.
• Monitor the project's development and implement necessary plan modifications.
• 2- Design Review and Approval Verify that engineering, architectural, and construction drawings satisfy project specifications and local building codes.
• Assist the design team with recommendations and guidance to optimize constructability and cost-effectiveness.
• 3- Construction Management Manage the day-to-day operations of building projects.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Resolve any technical issues that arise during the construction process.

• Managing, Monitoring and Controlling a total of 6 Residential Packages which are: 440 villas and 458 apartments (96 fully finished apartments), in addition to finishing works of HPD Almisk mosque and new site offices. With a cumulative contract value of 1,100,000,000 EGP.
• Competent in handling a variety of tasks associated with these substantial residential complexes: Monitoring and controlling project performance and site progress for example: Scheduling and arranging site meetings as well as site walkthroughs to review the contractor on site progress compared to the approved base line schedule.
• Managing Contractors as well as supervising Consultants to meet the project target in respect of target revenue.
• Supervising all client comments regarding fully finished apartments, town house, villa and royal villas in order to meet the client's satisfaction.
• Forecasting and proposing any future enhancements in the construction process to avoid any potential risks and to implement all the required corrective actions if needed.
• Taking any necessary actions to deal with the results of any delay.
• Dealing and coordinating with different departments inside the organization such as Development, Handing over, Facility Management and community departments.
• Ensuring the close out of the package is done successfully in terms of Client acceptance, defects rectification, taking over certificate as well as area transfer to operation and facility management departments.
• Assist the Projects Manager in achieving the Target Revenues, whereas target Units to be ready for Handing over to client in residential packages.
• Execution and supervision of HPD site office extension for HPD staff.
• Correspondence and communication such as ( Progress meetings, Letters, Monthly Log, Reporting. Readiness of Handed over units of the previous quarter to be issued for the successor quarter.
• Supervising the finishing works of ALMISK Mosque in Hydepark.
• Monitoring and Controlling the progress of the ongoing construction packages.
• Supervising all client comments regarding fully finished apartments, town house, villas and royal villas in order to meet the client's satisfaction.
